The Sustainable Development Committee, founded in 2005 under the Beijing International Exchange Association, promotes global sustainability through international collaboration, innovation, and cultural exchange. It serves as a platform for think tank cooperation and talent development, focusing on eco-communities, healthcare, energy, and cultural innovation. Its flagship Hanwang Forum has become an influential global event, recognized by the UNDP and EU, and designated as an official forum of the Western China International Fair since 2014. The Committee’s “Hanwang 7+1” practice and emphasis on disaster prevention and sustainable recovery have received widespread acclaim from both domestic and international institutions.
可持续发展委员会于2005年成立，隶属北京国际交流协会，致力于通过国际合作、创新与文化交流推动全球可持续发展。委员会是智库合作与人才培养的平台，重点关注生态社区、医疗健康、能源技术与文化创新。其旗舰项目汉旺论坛已成为全球有影响力的国际活动，获得联合国开发计划署和欧盟认可，自2014年起成为中国西部国际博览会官方论坛。“汉旺7+1”实践及在防灾减灾与可持续恢复方面的倡议，受到国内外机构的高度肯定。
